The ideal time of the day to really get the most benefit of doing this is first thing in the morning. That's even before you get out of the hammock! What you do is the instant you wake up, take a few minutes to enjoy stretching your body!
By providing a good, long stretch to all of your body's muscles, you will create a process that kick starts your body and gets the metabolism going as well as lossening up your muscles ready for some furtehr exercises once you do get out of bed. Stretching really is so easy to do for anyone and it genuinely sets you up perfectly for your day ahead.
Start by stretching both your legs as much as you can. make sure you have a good yawn at the same time! Then stretch both your arms way up over your head and really feel the stretch. By the way, you ought to be sitting up as you do that. After you have done that, stretch your neck and back. Really feel all of your muscles elongating and pulling while you do it.
After you have done all of that, go ahead jump out of your bed feeling rejuvenated, and, to add to the overall benefit, go ahead and stretch your legs once again! This time stretch up onto the balls of your feet and as a final parting shot go right ahead and stretch your whole body one last time.

So by avoiding this problem by doing these pre-exercise stretches you allow your muscles to do their work better. So now you know that this is an exercise that is simple and fun to do. Its something that anyone is able to do and exercising was never so simple or more fun than a good, healthy stretch first thing in the morning!
